We are always looking to expand our team!
The key to our success is our incredible staff. What separates our staff from other day camps is our passion for baseball and helping campers improve. Whether it's discussing an amazing play with a group of campers or challenging them with baseball trivia, our staff are personable and love to have fun.
Potential staff undergo a diligent screening process in order to be selected. As part of our Training Program, staff are given extensive resources in baseball instruction and are taught First Aid by a registered nurse. Throughout the summer, Performance Evaluations are used to provide constructive feedback.
Counselors are selected based on three criteria:
- Extensive baseball experience as a coach or player
- Camp counselor experience
- Ability to teach and instruct

"I spent two summers employed at NTBC and found the experience to be a tremendous opportunity for personal growth and development. There is a high degree of mutual respect and cooperation amongst the staff and a common understanding that the camps' success is derived from it's people. If you are passionate about baseball, there is no better place to work than NTBC. The senior and professional staff provide you with a balanced environment that combines fun with the opportunity to learn and progress as a baseball instructor, a camp counselor and a leader."
